Mobile Commerce 41% of UK retailers plan to have a transactional mobile site or app in place within the next year. 59% of retailers expect their mobile revenues to increase over the next 12 months. 51% of consumers across 11 countries used their mobiles over the festive period last year for in-store activities. 28. Christmas 2010 Mega Monday (6 December) peak online shopping day. Britons will spend an estimated £0.5bn on 5th and 6th December. Busiest hour will be between 12pm and 1pm on Mega Monday. £23.2 million will be spent in one hour. During the busiest minute almost £1m will be spent. Total spend during November & December will reach £12.4 bn.
