The Role:
Ticketmaster is looking for a Senior User Experience Designer to join our growing UxD
team. Reporting to the Director of User Experience, the designer will be responsible for
creating best-in-class designs for the next generation of ticketing tools and applications.

requirements into highly usable clean experiences. The selected candidate will have a
proven track record of designing effective, highly functional solutions.
Responsibilities:
• 3-5 years of visual design experience
• Have an eye for detail that is specific, down to the pixel
• Collaborate with design team, product management, and stakeholders on design
requirements
• Promote design thinking and advocate design principles and best practices
• Produce detailed style guides & other design specifications
• Generate & manage CSS styles across multiple products
• Provide support to engineering team during implementation
• Manage multiple projects from prototype to launch in fast paced environment
Requirements / Qualifications:
• 3-5 years professional design experience in web applications or enterprise software
• Intimate Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator

The Brokerage Technology Services (BTS) organization builds and supports complex
client-facing wealth management and brokerage solutions used by our clients and
financial advisors. The User Experience (UX) team is an integral part of our product
development process, and we have adopted a user-centered design process to provide
high quality, usable design solutions.

The team is looking for a creative User Experience Designer with an excellent track
record in delivering UX solutions for financial enterprise web applications. The
successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects for our
new Wealth Management platform, as well as redesign the user experience of existing
applications and features. Experience with financial services industry is highly desirable.

The position requires close collaboration with a number of teams, such as the business
stakeholders, business analysts, product development experts and application
developers.

The Successful Candidate will be expected to:
• Plan and conduct user studies. Define user requirements and user profiles based on
the outcome of these studies.
• Plan and conduct usability tests.
• Translate the outcome of user studies into UX design solutions at the project level.

The User Experience (UX) team is an integral part of our product development process, and we have adopted a user-centered design process to provide high quality, usable design solutions. The team is looking for a creative User Experience Designer with an excellent track record in delivering UX solutions for financial enterprise web applications. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects for our new Wealth Management platform, as well as redesign the user experience of existing applications and features. Experience with financial services industry is highly desirable. The position requires close collaboration with a number of teams, such as the business stakeholders, business analysts, product development experts and application developers. The Successful Candidate will be expected to: • Plan and conduct user studies. Define user requirements and user profiles based on the outcome of these studies. • Plan and conduct usability tests. • Translate the outcome of user studies into UX design solutions at the project level.

Qualifications: • Approximately 8 years of related experience. • Proficiency with wireframing and design tools such as Microsoft Visio, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Adobe Catalyst, etc. • Understanding of Rich Internet Application development and Design (Flex, Flash). • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript Frameworks. • User research and usability testing experience. • Experience in designing brokerage and wealth management applications. • Strong communication and influencing skills. • Excellent written, presentation and interpersonal skills. • Able to collaborate effectively within project teams. • BS or a higher degree in Human Computer Interaction, Usability Engineering, Cognitive Psychology, Industrial Design, Human Factors or a related field.
