 Existing International REALTOR® Members: Enter your membership number (NRDS ID#)
that you have been given to automatically receive the member rate ($380 for full conference). To

as an International REALTOR® member today for only $75 per year, and enjoy the benefits of

 International Delegates who are not REALTORS®: Register at the non-member rate. However,

Choose your day of attendance Nov. 11-14. This option includes all non-ticketed activities on that day, plus

If you are attending the Governance Meeting ONLY and none of the other conference activities, please email
convinfo@REALTORS.org for a registration form.

Important Notes
All meetings‟ registrations and hotel reservations are made through Experient, NAR‟s official registration
company. Experient will confirm your advance registration and hotel reservation by fax or email (if you
provide this information) within one week of your registration submission. If you do not provide a fax
number or email address, registration confirmation will be mailed within one week.

 U.S. Attendees: Register by October 14, 2011, and receive your badge and tickets in the mail.
October 14 is the advance cutoff date for Optional & Guest Fun Buck Tours, Inaugural Celebration,
and International Night Out. After October 14, 2011, pick up your badge and tickets at Will Call in
the Anaheim Convention Center.
 Canadian and Other International Attendees: To avoid potential postal delays, badges will not be
mailed. You can pick up your badge at NAR International Registration at the Anaheim Convention
Center.

Hotel reservations will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

FUN BUCKS PROGRAM
Spouses and guests with a full conference pass will receive four Fun Bucks to use toward the purchase of
tours and attraction tickets, including Disney Land, California Wine Country Tours, Warner Borthers
Studio, Catalina Island, etc. For a full list of how to use your Fun Bucks, please visit

Here is how the Fun Bucks program works:

 An NAR member must register their spouse or guest under a full Spouse/Guest registration.
 Each spouse/guest registrant automatically receives four Fun Bucks with their registration.
 Redeem these Fun Bucks toward tours and attraction tickets. Each tour/attraction may use a
different number of Fun Bucks.
 To redeem Fun Bucks, the NAR member must log into their existing registration and redeem the
Fun Bucks for their spouse or guest. Tickets are subject to availability.
 If you do not redeem your Fun Bucks by October 14, 2011, you may still redeem your Fun Bucks on
site at the Optional & Guest Fun Bucks Tours desk outside registration. Tickets are subject to
availability.
 Fun Bucks are non-transferable.
 Fun Bucks may be used to purchase no more than one ticket per tour or attraction.
 Fun Bucks cannot be used as partial payment toward the purchase of a tour or attraction.

Learn the fundamentals of conducting real estate transactions in the United States. You will learn the
requirements, regulations, and laws; business standards and cultural norms; as well as a detailed description of
a typical U.S. real estate transaction. This is a great way for practitioners from all over the world to meet new
contacts, learn together, and create referral opportunities.

Enroll in this class between August 1 (12:00pm Central) and October 14, 2011 (5:00pm Central) and your
class ticket will be mailed to you along with your badge and other materials. Already registered for the

everything Western! Come kick up your heels with music, dancing and
the installation of your 2012 Leadership and Moe Veissi as your 2012
NAR President. Line dance to the music of Earl Wear and Haywire at a
hosted reception before dinner and a short Inaugural program. Dancing
will continue after the program.

Professionals

We will hold a welcome kickoff session for international attendees
and globally minded US attendees. Our theme will be using global
business tools to seize the day and bring your business to the next
level. Panelists will cover topics such as market opportunities, tools
available to grow your business, international networking, and an
update on the globalization of realtor.com and tools that global
professionals can use today. Ideal for both international attendees
and U.S. real estate professionals who are interested in improving
their knowledge of opportunities to work with international buyers in
their own market area.
This is one of four sessions that will be simultaneously translated into French,
Portuguese and Spanish.

Meeting Global Buyer Expectations:
The United States remains a top destination for foreign buyers as
international purchases surged by $16 billion this year, one of the
highest increases in recent years. $82 billion worth of residential
property was purchased by international buyers in the U.S. from
March 2010-March 2011, and 62% paid cash. By attending the
International Forum you will prepare yourself for these global buyers
and learn to meet their buying expectations. Specifically, analyze the
real estate markets in Canada, France, Germany, and Singapore with
international experts from all four countries.
12:30p – 2:30p Economic Issues & Commercial Real Estate Business Trends

Against a backdrop of growing global uncertainty, commercial real
estate markets are providing moderate signs of improvement.
Investments have been rising, as cross-border investors seek stability
in international metropolitan gateways. NAR‟s Chief Economist will
discuss the 2011 economic activity and its impact upon the
commercial real estate outlook. He will be joined by two industry
experts in a presentation of current market trends and a discussion of
the changing landscape for commercial real estate.
