• Artisans / microenterpreneurs having skills are their own
bosses, experienced and successful self-employeds
• Local micro-entrepreneurs recieves:
– the opportunity in village itself
– training for
• upgradation of thier skills and
• for imparting the skills
– access to students as apprentice too!
– Increased earnings through honorarium for teaching the
skills and share in the community services.
– Dignity and opportunity to serve the society

School becomes – production cum training
center
• Entire village including school being customer are involved
in the project
• Students get opportunity to work with master trainer /
artisan on the live projects
• Right from the conception to implementation stage students
get first hand practical experience
• Ex-students, women, un-employed youths are also
involved
• Villagers get products / services at reasonable cost
• School gets community service charges, fees from the
students which is used for the sustainability of the project
