GAPSA will broaden its executive board representation and partner with CIL to provide leadership training. Currently, only half of UMN graduate schools are represented on GAPSA's executive board, but it plans to modify representation to include all member council presidents next fall. GAPSA will also collaborate with CIL to provide leadership workshops for members of each graduate council's executive board. This aims to transform GAPSA into a more representative group that can better voice student concerns while decentralizing power to individual councils.
