Comenius Project – Electrical
  Energy Challenge Day
 Out task was to build a Standard and Wind Energy House

What We Built:

Small house
with a light
circuit.                        Big house with a
                                wind turbine.
The Small House:
The small house
had to have two
rooms and one
light circuit. We
used batteries to
power the light in
the house and
then we measured
the voltage.
Voltage


When the light switch was
off the voltage was 2.86 but
when the light was on the
voltage went down to 2.33.
We think this is because as
the electricity travelled
throughout the wires some
of it got distributed.
The Big House


The big house had to have
at least four rooms and
have a wind turbine on the
side. When we put the
house infront of the fan the
blades moved and the
voltage meter went up.
