You need to plan your event requirements then find the right vendors from
caterers to photographers, get quotes from vendors , check out their reviews
from your friends or relatives who have worked with them. Sometimes it may
also happen that you cannot find a vendor and start searching on the
internet to find one and asking for quotations from them to compare.
Its really tedious and we know that, that’s why we have developed a
platform called FestalBeats for India to cut the hassle of organizing an
event.

Register to Proceed
At first you have
to register with
www.festalbeats.c
om to proceed
further. After
filling the
registration form,
click on the Create
Account button. A
confirmation mail
will be sent to
your mail id.

Sign In to Dashboard
After the
confirmation of
your mail id
proceed to sign
in to your
dashboard.

Your Dashboard
After signing in,
you will get the
Dashboard from
where you can
manage your
profile, post your
event
requirements and
checkout the
proposals
submitted for
request

Edit profile from Dashboard
You can edit your
profile by
clicking on the
link Edit Profile.
From here you
can change your
password, email
address, mobile
number and
upload avatar

Add Request from Dashboard
You can add
event request
from your
dashboard by
clicking on the
Add Request
button or clicking
on the Add
Request link on
the right side
under Links
section

Fill in the details
of your Event
Requirement and
post it so that
vendors can
submit their
proposals. After
filling in the form
click Add
Request to
submit the form

After submitting
the form it will
redirect to
Dashboard with
a message
“Request has
been created
successfully.”.
The request will
also be shown on
the Dashboard
on the right side

Mail notification to Vendors
As soon as the
request is
submitted, a
notification mail
will be sent to all
vendors matching
the Category
and the City of
Request

Invite Vendor
You can also
invite Vendors to
bid on your
request. Click on
Browse Vendor
on the top
navigation.
Browse vendors
from all
Categories and
from all Cities
filter down to suit
your needs and
then click on Get
Quote

Invite Vendor
After clicking Get
Quote a popup
will open. Then
select request
from the
dropdown and
click on Get
Quote. An
invitation will be
sent to the
Vendor

Check your Request
Whenever any
proposal is
submitted by
vendor you will
get Mail
Notification. To
check out the
proposal login to
your Dashboard
and click on the
particular
Request Title on
the right side

Check your Request
It will open that
particular
request page in
another window
and from this
page you can
check out all the
proposals
submitted by
different vendors
for this request

Check out Vendor Profile
You can check
out the profile of
a vendor by
clicking on his
Avatar or on his
Name

Check out Vendor Profile
Here on the
Vendor Profile
you can check
out a short
description of the
Vendor and his
work, skills tag,
previous work
pics, video of
previous work,
highlights posted
by Vendor,
reviews and
feedback.

Request Clarification
There is also a
feature called
Clarification. If a
Vendor wants
any clarification
for the request,
he can request
his clarification
using the
clarification form
and the
organiser can
clarify his doubts

Award Request to Vendor
After checking
out different
vendors, their bid
price, portfolios
and feedback
you can award
the request to a
vendor of your
choice. Click on
the Award
Project besides
each vendor’s
proposal

Award Request to Vendor
As soon as the
request is
awarded to a
vendor a Mail
Notification will
be send to the
vendor with your
details. And the
vendor will
contact you
directly.

Connecting Vendors to Organiser
Often finding clients is really tedious job. Festalbeats eases out the following
issues :
 It provides an easy way to vendors to bid on organiser's project and work
with them.
 It provides the flexibility of receiving projects from anywhere without any
geographical constraint.
 Mail notifications regarding new projects in the vendor’s specified
category and city.
 Mail notifications for new bidding invitation from any organiser.

Register to Proceed
At first you have

your mail id
proceed to sign
in to your
dashboard.

Your Dashboard
After sign in you
will get the
dashboard from
where you can
manage your
profile, add
highlights,
checkout
favourite
requests,
manage the bids
on event request

You can edit your
profile by
clicking on the
link Edit Profile.

From here you
can change your
password, email
address, mobile
number, upload
avatar, write
about
you/company,
add skills tag,
attach YouTube
video of previous
work and 4 pics
of previous work

Check out Profile
After editing
your profile you
can checkout how
the other will see
your profile by
clicking on the
link View Profile
on the upper
right corner. This
will help you to
display your
credentials
without launching
your own website

Browse Event Requests
You can browse
through event
requests to bid. But
you can only bid on
event request under
your category. Click
on Browse Requests
which will list all the
Requests filtered
down and then bid on
any request by
clicking on the
request title

Bid on Event Requests
Check the details
of the request,
clarifications
posted and
requests
submitted. Post
proposal by
clicking on Submit
Proposal button.
Click Add
Favourite to add
it to your
favourites to post
proposal later

To submit
proposal a
Submit Proposal
form will open up
and after filling
in your bid
amount and the
details of the
proposal click on
Submit Proposal
button to bid on
the request. You
can also Edit
proposal later

After the
proposal is
submitted a Mail
Notification will
be sent to the
Organiser about
your proposal.
The posted
request can also
be seen on the
Proposals
section of the
request

Clarification on Event Requests
Do you want to
clarify any doubt
from the
organiser? Click
on the
Clarification
button. Submit
what you want to
clarify and the
organiser will
clarify. You can
also edit your
proposal
accordingly.

Get Client Details
As soon as the
client awards you
the event request
you get mail
notification with
the details of the
client so that you
can contact the
client. You will
also be
displayed as the
awarded vendor
on the request
page
