   2 –Search the Client by his Number

   3 – Click on PROSPECT (if no matching record found)

   4 – Fill in the Enquiry Form Details

   5 – Add a Follow-Up & Click on Create

1 – Follow Up Comments – Conclusion of Conversion Exec had with the Client
Example – Interested in Half Yearly Gym, Offered 8,500/-

2 – Call Response – Depending on the Scenario

3 – Convertibility – Degree of Interest shown by Client
Example – Least Interested – Cold
Highly Interested – Expected Amount & Expected Amount Date

4 - Next Follow Up Date & Time – Select the date when suppose to contact client

1.     Click on the of Follow-Up TYPE you want to Update

2.     Read the Last Comment before Calling the Client

3.     Update the conversation in the Comment

4.     Select Appropriate Follow-Up Type, Call Response, Convertibility &Next Follow-Up
       date depending on the conversation
