For your second presentation, you should work on the last topics seen: ADVERTISING
& COMMUNICATION. First of all, remember to make a recap of your work and carry
out all the necessary corrections according to the feedback you received.
When you finish your work, move on to this second section! Remember that commu-
nication skills are essential for your project to success and to create the impact you
expect.
So, in your presentation, you should cover these topics:
1) Customer Insight: this is the perfect time for research! When beginning a
project, you should be able to perfectly understand who your customers will be,
and as a consequence, where your social campaign efforts must be directed.
Therefore, make a full research of your audience and classify the demand.
2) Social Campaigns: define which is the product or service offered (be precise
with this); which is your target (those who will be receiving your message);
which is the objective of the social campaign (the impact you want to create);
and which media you’ll choose to turn your ideas into actions.
3) Social media & marketing communication strategy: when creating your
communication brief, first of all, define your objective! If you don’t have this
point clear, your strategy will fail. In second place, select the media and work
on the outlines of a website. Finally, define general strategy of keyword in-
vestment and link strategy.
Remember the deadline for the presentation is October, 1st. The following Tuesday,
each group must give the oral presentation.
