3.2 Customer Needs
● Easy to get
Fish Balls and egg tarts can be ordered in a high quantity at a much
lower price
● Easy to prepare
Curry fish balls’ recipe is particularly simple for what they taste.
● Cheap and tasty
Sell in a very cheap price and it can make customers full. It is
the best choice for the curry lover to have this for their meal.
● Easy to Consume
Our products are easy to consume. We packaged our products by
using plastic bag and our products can be consumed on the go.

Schedule of Distribution
8th June 2015, Monday
Brought two types of fish balls (Big, fried fishballs and small not fried
fishballs) to try out their sales rate
Fishballs were transported from market to campus via Zhi Yong’s car
Cooked a pot of curry soup using curry paste and coconut milk
powder which brought by Foong Wing Hoe and Yong Man Kit
Tossed 20 fishballs at a time into the pot of curry to cook them each
time
After the big fish balls are sold out, we continue our business selling
the small fish balls
Got feedback from customers that the big fish balls taste better
We sold 17 sticks of big fish balls and 13 Sticks of small fishballs
9th June 2015, Tuesday
Brought only one types of fish balls (Big, fried fishballs) and 20 egg
tarts
Fish balls and egg tarts were transported from Ignatius’ house to
campus via Zhi Yong’s car
Cooked a pot of curry soup using curry paste and coconut milk
powder
Tossed 20 fish balls at a time into the pot of curry to cook them each
time
The egg tarts are selling fast and are sold out in 3 hours only and we
planned to order another 30 egg tarts tomorrow.
We sold 58 sticks of curry fish balls
The remaining products were then stored in Ignatius’ house

Brought only one types of fish balls (Big, fried fishballs) and 50 egg
tarts
Fish Balls and egg tarts were transported from Ignatius’s house to
campus via Zhi Yong’s car
Cooked a pot of curry soup using curry paste and coconut milk
powder
Tossed 20 fishballs at a time into the pot of curry to cook them each
time
The remaining unsold egg tarts were kept in a container for the next
day
We sold 67 sticks of curry fish balls & 20 egg tarts
The remaining products were then stored in Ignatius’ house
11th June 2015, Thursday
brought only one types of fish balls (Big, fried fishballs) and and the
remaining 15 egg tarts
Fish Balls and egg tarts were transported from Ignatius’ house to
campus via Zhi Yong’s car
Cooked a pot of curry soup using curry paste and coconut milk
powder
Tossed 20 fishballs at a time into the pot of curry to cook them each
time
Sold out the remaining 10 egg tarts at a cheaper price due to them
being not fresh.
