Online application:We direct potential PBCs to our online application. PBCs are required to have at least 5 years of working experience prior to volunteering with Taproot. Phone Interview:Ourrecriutment staff screen all applicants to determine their level of commitment and their fit within our Service Grant offerings. We accept approximately 1/3 of applicantsAll PBCs are required to attend orientation. Account Directors, the lead pro bono consultants on the projects, are required to attend an additional orientation geared towards the more strategic side of managing the pro bono engagement.
