2. About PT. PLN Geothermal (PLN‐G)
PLN‐G is a subsidiary company of PT. PLN (Persero), a state‐
owned power company in Indonesia.
PLN‐G was legally established on April 6, 2008 for aiming at
supporting the power development business in Indonesia
through the program of geothermal energy development .

a. Brownfield: A field that has had its geothermal resources tested sufficiently for
development to proceed

c. Legacy WKP: WKP belonging to PGE and PLN governed by Keppres 45/1991.

d. New WKP: WKP offered under Law 27/2003. Includes elements 1 through 9 of
