2. The Spanish conqueror of the Tahuantisuyo Empire was Francisco Pizarro, he arrived to Cajamarca on November the 15th 1532, the spaniards brought a grape liquor that with the time was elaborated in Perú and was called Pisco.
3. “ PISCO ” has three origins: "bird“ in Quechua word. The mud container was called " botija" , where pisco was deposited. Pisco, city and name of a town that belongs to the Ica valley. The great Independence leader José de San Martín disembark in the Paracas bay in Pisco, September 8th, 1820.

11. Pisco tonic Ingredients 1 ounce of pisco tonic water 4-5 cubes of ice Preparation It is served directly in the glass and it is filled up with tonic water. Add ice according to your tasted and decorate with a slice of lemon. Perú Libre Ingredients 1 ounce of pisco 1 slice of lemon Coca Cola ice Preparation Pour pisco in a high glass, add coca cola and ice according to your taste. Serve with a slice of lemon. Chilcano Ingredients 1 Ounce of Pisco ½ lemon (juice) drops of bitter of angostura Ice as you prefer. Ginger Ale Slice of lemon Preparation Serve in a high glass mixing the ingredients. Add ice and complete the glass with Ginger Ale. Decorate with a slice of lemon and sorbets. Capitán Ingredients 1 Ounce of pisco 1 Ounce of red vermouth Ice according to your taste. Pisco Sour's Recipe Ingredients 3 Glasses of pisco 1 ½ Glass of sugar 2 Glasses of lemon juice White of an egg Shaken ice Add drops of Bitter of Angostura Preparation Be prepare only in liquidizer, put the egg white and liquefy once that up some spark add the ice until the middle of glass (this is a secret to get that the drink has a texture very heavy), slowly move it and add the ingredients; but not bitter, liquefy until the ice be melt. 14. Peru's national drink flowed from Lima's 358 year old fountain in the Plaza de Armas on PiscoSour´s Day, in honour of our peruvian drink: PISCO. Where water flowed yesterday, pure Pisco spirit flowed in this day. PLAZA DE ARMAS´S FOUNTAIN
15. People is invited to drink it all for free, some 4000 litres, and try its four varities; Quebranta, Italia, Acholado, Mosto verde. Of course, the Plaza is full and old drunk people spent the afternoon stumbling around. Later in the afternoon horses, riders and dancers arrive to perform.
