- Symmetry IQ 4000 Kit The Symmetry IQ 3000 comes with the IQ unit, handpiece, handpiece cord, electrical cord and quick connect water tube complete with in line water filter. Symmetry IQ devices accept the Symmetry S-Series piezo tips. Three unique tips designs are also provide with each unit – #10 Universal, #100 Thin Universal and the #P3 Universal Curette. Additionally a tip wear guide, power range guide and user manual are included.
