1. HLAC 1720 1. What did you learn about “lifelong wellness” from taking this General Education class? I have learned the basic dance for many dances, I can use these because dancing can be a great way to exercise. 2. How would you apply this information to your life? In social dance you learn to approach people to dance, this lower your walls and makes you a more social person. 3. What is you intention to continue to practice what you have learned in your life and why? I am taking Social Dance 2 in the Spring. 4. Ideas for improving this course? Maybe make it a little long, this could easily be an hour and half.
