Company. Price ruling on the date of booking and accepted by the Company shall be applicable.
4. In case there is minor variation in area, it will be adjusted accordingly.
5. Total Price includes Basic Cost, PLC Charges, Compulsory & Optional Charges except IFMS &
Electricity meter Installation charges.
6. Customer, who opts for payment through housing loan, is required to pay minimum 15% of the
Total Cost as margin money, or as applicable.
7. This price list is only the reference document, and the Booking is subject to detailed terms and
conditions of the Company’s standard Application form/ Agreement for sale.
8. The item displayed in the Brochure and the sample flat at site is only indicative and are not a
part of legal offerings.
7. 9. Other charges are subject to revision at any time without prior notice. Revised rates of other
charges would not be applicable if the customer has already paid/booked it.
10. Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application without giving any reason,
whatsoever.
11. The above areas are saleable areas, which include covered area, projected area, proportionate
