I would like to present
to you a small interview with
my teacher.

3. Who was and is your example in
your job?
My first German teacher Julia
Vladimirovna was example for
me. She is a brilliant teacher
and a nice woman. Julia
Vladimirovna helped me to
choose my future profession.
She teaches children so far in
one of the school of the town
Pyatigorsk.
I have been working in the
school for thirty years. I like my
job and my students.

4. What do you like in your
profession?
The teacher of English language
is a special profession. I help
children to learn and understand
another language, introduce them
with traditions of other peoples
and teach communication.
I teach children to read, write and
speak English. We watch
cartoons in English, films about
the UK, learn the sights of the
English-speaking countries, make
interesting projects, play and
know a lot of new about the

5. How do you teach children to
know English very well?
To communicate well in English with
my students I use different modern
technologies of training: developing
education, personality-oriented
trainings, project technology, games
technology, health-saving technology,
training co-operation and others.
Information and communication
technologies help to achieve good
results in training. The using of
interactive whiteboard in the
classroom like children very much.

6. Where can you and your students
improve English?
The using of educational computer
programs, working with interactive board,
using of the Internet resources, the using of
multimedia applications, self-made
presentations to the lessons allow me and
my students to improve English.
We often dream to take part in the students
exchange program but it is problem for us. I
personally would like to conduct training
courses in London. Nowadays, there are a
lot of opportunities for children and adults
in the Internet.

7. When and what purpose with
have you created your web site?
A year ago during the preparation for
certification I created the site “Notes
of the English teacher”.
The main task of the site is to find,
prepare, save materials, resources
and share with all colleagues.
On this web site contains useful
information which can be interesting
for students, teachers and those who
is interested in English.

8. Why do you like your profession?
A teacher. For me this is not a profession, it’s a way of life and skill,
not luck and a systematic search for and work, often rough, matter-
of-fact which full of anxious thoughts, discoveries, failures and
successes. It is a huge responsibility before the society and first of
all before a student.

9. Thoughts after the interview
To take this interview I had to communicate
with my teacher more closely. I learnt more
about her work. After a few months I will
take the EXEM in English.
