Hi Bill,
I wanted to let you know that former Tennessee women’s
basketball coach Pat Summitt will attend the UC women’s
basketball game on Wednesday, Feb. 13 to watch her son
who is a Marquette assistant coach.

As you know, she is battling Alzheimer’s Disease and retired
from coaching last season. She hasn’t been back to
Cincinnati since her team lost in the Women’s Final Four
here in 1996.

Coach Summitt is available for interview Feb. 13, 6 p.m. at
Fifth Third Arena media room. Here is a link to photos of her
coaching at the Women’s Final Four in Cincinnati in 1996.
