to be divided into smaller and simpler tasks.

• Collection of keywords among different programming languages
• Comparison of keywords and intersection
• Set dictionary
• Choose coding style
3. Technical requirements
• Set definition and action for each keyword
• Set restrictions
4. Main development
• Model of XML
• Inner structure of XML
• Schema standardization
• Implementation of ALPHA Script parser
• XML Generator
• Technical papers for XML
• Implementations of, at least two, demo Lang-Converters
• Implementation of ALPHA Script Converter
• Tests
• QA
• Release candidates
5. Release
• Support
• Updates
• RFC

2. The guidelines should be followed in the predefined order. I encourage, an agile
development style in which several teams can simultaneously work on different steps.
