 This went up to 165 mph (265km/h) on the
September 11.
 This hurricane happened in north Carolina.
 Hurricane Isabel originally formed as a
modest tropical wave off the west coast of
Africa on September the 1 2003.
 Isabel quickly grew into a tropical storm,
within 6 hours of it starting(being born), it
became a named storm with winds of 40
mph.
