      Prise en charge de l’ensemble du processus de recrutement

RH PARTNERS Hospitality effectue une assistance complète du recrutement,
de l'audit des besoins jusqu'au bilan d'intégration.
Nous choisissons avec vous la stratégie de recherche la plus efficace par rapport
au profil de poste, au niveau d’expérience, au marché du travail, à la région
concernée, au salaire proposé, au nombre de personnes à inègrer.

Les méthodes :
          par annonce (job-board et/ou presse écrite),
          approche mixte (incluant web tracking et CV Thèque),
          approche globale,
          approche directe,
          approche collective.




    Assistance au recrutement et actions de mise à niveau au
Poste

RH PARTNERS Hospitality, en accord avec vous, prend en charge certaines
étapes du processus afin d’optimiser votre temps et votre budget :
           élaboration de définition de fonction,
           conception d'annonce-presse,
           diffusion sur les job-boards et/ou presse écrite,
           tri de curriculum-vitae,
           sélection collective,
           entretien de sélection avec test de personnalité,
           mesure de l'adéquation candidat/poste-profil,
           exercice d’évaluation sur-mesure (étude de cas, jeux de rôle),
           évaluation de short-listés,
           validation de candidature,
           bilan d’intégration,
           formation, coaching de prise de fonction.

    Evaluation à plusieurs niveaux :
           potentiel à devenir,
           savoirs, savoirs faire, compétences comportementales,
           traits de personnalité,
           motivations,
           souhait d’orientations et d’évolution,
           perception de l’entourage sur les comportements.

      Programmes sur-mesure :
           bilan de potentiel,
           bilan d’orientation de carrière,
           audit de compétences,
           360°,
           assessment center (management, organisation, commercial ou
            compétences techniques)
