2. USOS
En la voz activa la acción del verbo la realiza el
sujeto.
Ej: He ate all of the cookies. (Comió todas las galletas.)
En la voz pasiva queremos dar más importancia a
la acción del verbo, que a quién realizó la acción.
Ej: All of the cookies were eaten. (Todas las galletas fueron comidas.)
3. FORMACIÓN
Sujeto + verbo auxiliar ("to be") + participio
pasado
EJEMPLOS:
Present simple: A book is written.
Present continuo: A book is being written.
Past simple: A book was written.
Past continuo: A book was being written.
Present perfect simple: A book has been written.
Past perfect simple: A book had been written.
Future with will: A book will be written.
Future with going to: A book going to be written.
Modals verbs: Respect must be earned. (must)
the file can not be saved. (can)
you could be eaten by a lion. (could)
The car should be washed this weekend. (should)

They use the yen in Japan / The yen is used in Japan
They grow a lot of coffee in Brazil / A lot of coffee is grown in Brazil
Sandra cleans the house / The house is cleaned by Sandra
The teacher opens the window / The window is opened by the
teacher.
My cousin plays the piano / The piano is played by my cousin.
