 • What levels are there and how
   many points do you assign to
   certain actions?

 There is also an option called gifted
 badges. Here, you can assign
 badges to a member and specify
 his or her role. For example, Bob is
 a SSRS expert. Now this member
 with SSRS expertise can be easily
 recognized by the other members:
