        the RTV controller in every POS will:

       • receives any change to programming schedules

       • checks that all required contents are present on its
         hard disk,
         • in case of a missing content RTV controller
           downloads it from the central server farm.
       • distributes programming schedules to local monitors,
       • distributes over the local network to local monitors
         all contents needed to fulfill programming schedules,
       • manages customer interaction in case of touchscreen
         monitors.
