In a nutshell… Use analytics to determine your application’s 20% most- used functions Prioritize tasks/features based on the above discovery Don’t completely ignore the 80% that’s not often used but give it just the attention it deserves Make sure the designs and layouts reflect the data obtained in discovery Think about ways to improve the functionality & design of the lesser used features that could have a larger impact if implemented properly
