IIID Students’ Scholarship. (supported by IIID Indore Centre) Institute of Indian Interior Designers (IIID) in continuation of its Education Programme has decided to award scholarship to deserving students of Interior Design.

1. IIID Students’ Scholarship. (supported by IIID Indore Centre)
Institute of Indian Interior Designers (IIID) in continuation of its Education Programme
has decided to award scholarship to deserving students of Interior Design.
AIM: To recognize and encourage students pursuing final year studies in Interior
Design Institutes.
ELIGIBILITY: Students of final year pursuing minimum 3 years programme in Interior
Design from Institutes under Universities, Government Technical Boards or those
following the IIID Syllabus.
PRE QUALIFICATION: Every Institute desirous of sending Students Entries should
submit Form ‘A’ duly filled by Principal/HOD of the Institute to reach the IIID Office as
per the Calendar below.
NUMBER of ENTRIES: Every Institute can submit only 3 best Final Year Design
Portfolios of the Design Assignment given as part of studies. The submission should be
forwarded by the Institute only and not directly by the students along with Form ‘B’ duly
filled by the Principal/HOD of the Institute, one for each student.
SUBMISSION of ENTRIES: Plans/Sections/Elevations/Furniture and other
Details/Lighting Plan/Hand or Computer drawn Views to be composed on A2 sheets
explaining the Brief/Concept/Material/Design Solution/Salient Features etc. The total
number of such A2 Sheets to not exceed 5 in number.
JURY: The Jury will consist of The President-IIID plus 4 other members from the field of
Interior Design. The Jury shall reserve the right to not award a prize if it deems fit. The
decision of the jury shall be final and binding on all contestants.

2. SCHOLARSHIP PRIZES: There shall be total 5 Prizes as follows:

PRIZE DISTRIBUTION CEREMONY: The date and venue of Ceremony shall
announced by the Office of IIID. However travel and stay of winners shall not be borne
by IIID.
CALENDAR: Submission of Form ‘A’ for Pre Qualification 15 July 2011
Intimation by IIID of being Pre Qualified 30 July 2011
Submission of Entries 16 Aug 2011
Announcement of Prizes 05 Sept 2011
Award Ceremony to be announced later by IIID.
