This document outlines a campaign called "Mind Over Mattr" that promotes running apparel designed to help athletes achieve peak mental performance. It presents 4 concepts: 1) using meditation to overcome obstacles with a clear mind, 2) minimal layers for different stages of exercise, 3) finding your "third wind" to access mental strength in extreme situations, and 4) how running alters perceptions of time and space. Designers propose fabrics and techniques to reduce waste and promote sustainability, fluidity, and innovation. An immersive event would let viewers explore being an athlete through a green screen or invisible runner to experience their emotional journey. Next steps include finalizing the presentation format, logo, prototypes, and budget.

our minds have a basic quality of awareness, non-judgement, and intelligence
this becomes obscured by our anxieties, stresses, distractions, suffering

we can return to this state of clear mind by practicing meditation
the obstacles of running can be overcome by working with the mind
and the mind can become more supple, clear, and stable from the practice of running!
