2. Need of the project Rural women in Tamil Nadu is uneducated, socially and economically weaker section and drop out from the school. Women depending upon her husband or father for their basic needs. To alleviate this situation the training centre offers techno managerial course to enable them to start new enterprises. As such the techno managerial centre creates entrepreneurial opportunities for women, leading them to enter the rural job market strength economically weak communities through micro and small enterprises.

TECHNO-MANAGERIAL SKILL FOR TAMILNADU RURAL WOMEN Dress Making &Tailoring photos Giving $50 – To provide any one training course for 10 rural women. $55 – To provide stationary materials for rural training centre $75 – To Provide salary for techno managerial trainer. $100 – Sponsor a sewing machine to needy trained rural women or rural training centre $175 –Sponsor a food processing course $500 – To provide a computer for rural training centre $550 – Sponsor any course for rural women options This project is to organize techno-managerial programs for skill improvement and capacity building of rural women and to support mechanism for women managed income generating activities of rural areas in Tamilnadu State
