DHS EAGLE II

     The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Enterprise Solutions Office, will re-
     compete the Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE)
     requirement. The EAGLE II solicitation will include two separate and distinct source
     selections, one unrestricted and one set-aside for small business. Source selection will
     be at the functional category level within each track. In the Small Business and
     Unrestricted tracks, a manageable number of awards will be made in Functional
     Categories (FC) 1-3 to ensure adequate competition at the Task Order level Within
     Service Delivery (FC1), source selections will be within small business categories for
     HUBZone, 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB), and other small
     businesses to ensure representation in each of these categories.

CIO-SP3 SMALL BUSINESS

     The Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health
     (NIH) has a requirement for the next generation contracts to support
     government IT efforts, with a focus on health and research IT. These IT services
     include health and biomedical-related IT services to meet scientific, health,
     administrative, operational, managerial, and information management
     requirements. The NIH will replace the CIO-SP2i contract and the IW2nd contract
     to facilitate the combination of the two contracts into one unrestricted and one
     restricted GWAC.

COMMUNICATION AND TRANSMISSION SYSTEMS (CTS)


     The Department of the Army, Project Manager, Defense Communications and
     Army Transmission Systems (PM DCATS), Fort Monmouth, NJ, in conjunction
     with Information Technology, E-Commerce, and Commercial Contracting Center
     (ITEC4) has a requirement for the Communication and Transmission Systems
     (CTS) Program including a state-of-the-art CTS, components, associated
     peripheral equipment, technology insertion, sub-assemblies, data, and ancillary
     technical support services for life cycle support. CTS is intended to be the
     primary means of PM DCATS acquisition for hardware and ancillary services.

     establish a Department-Wide Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)

ITES - 3H


     The Department of the Army, Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and
     Solutions (CHESS), requires state-of-the-art equipment and related services,
     including integration, under the Information Technology Enterprise Solutions -3
     Hardware (ITES-3H) contract procurement for worldwide use in support of the
     Army. The ITES-3H contract will consist of multiple commercial Catalogs which
     will consist of UNIX Based Servers, Windows Based Servers, Workstations, Thin
     Clients, Desktops and Notebooks, Storage Systems, Networking Equipment,
     Catalog F Network Printers, Video Equipment Products, Uninterruptible Power
     Supplies (UPS). The government intends to reserve several awards for small

FIRSTSOURCE RE-COMPETE

     The Department of Homeland Security, Enterprise Solutions Office will re-

     FirstSource contract. The contract provides the Department with the ability to

SETAC 10

     The Department of the Army, Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces

TSC III

GSM-ETI

     requires services for the Global Informaton Grid (GIG) Services Management-
