Program funded by PCDIC. Green Fuel is elated to provide a professional environment for
young adults between the ages of 14 and 24. It allows them to gain valuable work

business practices.

Green Fuel Technologies was established in 1999 and is a renowned renewable energy
company in the Valley that specializes in residential and commercial solar PV
installations. The company is committed to giving back to youth in Phoenix according to
its mission of providing “Solutions today for generations of tomorrow.” In support of that

INDYCAR Partners With GreenFuel Technologies Adding to Its Green Initiatives in
                        the 2011 IZOD IndyCar Season

INDIANAPOLIS (June 22, 2011) – Furthering its leadership in eco-friendly racing,
INDYCAR has formed a partnership with GreenFuel Technologies, LLC, an alternative
energy company focused on developing unique and innovative energy solutions utilizing
environmentally sound methods.

INDYCAR, the governing body of the IZOD IndyCar Series, Firestone Indy Lights and
Mazda Road to Indy, and GreenFuel will operate a program designed to reduce energy
consumption at each IZOD IndyCar Series event and help define the series’ green
initiatives into the future.

“Switching to 100 percent fuel grade ethanol in 2006 was the first step in INDYCAR’s
commitment to leadership in eco-friendly racing,” said Terry Angstadt, president of
INDYCAR’s commercial division. “Our partnership with GreenFuel gives us the chance to
strengthen that commitment as well as strongly encourage our teams and corporate
partners to join the cause. Through our green efforts we hope to inspire fans to make
smart choices in their purchases and practices and to consider how their actions impact
our planet’s energy resources.”

The partnership’s Race to Energy Independence program ―R2EI‖, which will be introduced
in phases, is based on educating INDYCAR’s network of fans, sponsors and racing teams
on responsible, innovative, clean technologies.

Phase one will include a mobile educational facility and technology center where
GreenFuel will host interactive kiosks capable of mapping a person’s environmental
profile and offer energy efficient alternatives. GreenFuel will have the center at IZOD
IndyCar Series events in Toronto, Sonoma and Las Vegas, later this year.

Green Fuel Technologies Begins Rolling Out Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Station
                                  Infrastructure!

Phoenix, Arizona / May 11, 2010 – Green Fuel Technologies, a Phoenix based solar and
renewable energies company has teamed up with Coulomb Technologies to begin
installing electric vehicle (EV) charging station infrastructure. Coulomb Technologies is a
leader in EV charging station infrastructure using ChargePoint® Networked Charging
Stations. Individuals or businesses who are anticipating the arrival of EV vehicles can
now purchase the ChargePoint® Networked Charging Stations for immediate
installation. Green Fuel is working closely with local governments, businesses and
individuals to help build the necessary infrastructure which will best serve the demands
of EV users.

Additionally, the ChargePoint® Networked Stations now has a ChargePoint® Application
for the iPhone and iTouch. With this application EV users will be able to locate
ChargePoint® Networked Stations anywhere in North America; displaying in real time if a
station is currently in use or available. Also, this application will allow drivers to start and
stop charging sessions, be notified when their vehicle is charged, and obtain other
charging station locations.

On Earth Day, April 22, 2010, CEO of Coulomb Richard Lowenthal said, “Given the rapid
and overwhelming success of the ChargePoint App, clearly there is a tremendous
amount of interest in EV infrastructure in anticipation of the release of electric vehicles.”
ChargePoint® Networked Stations unique features include:

Green Fuel Technologies, Offers Home Energy Audits to Beat the Heat
Complete Home Energy Audit Prepares Valley Homeowners for Summer

(Phoenix)- Green Fuel Technologies Inc., one of the Valley’s leading alternative energy
companies, now offers a brand-new certified home energy service that will help Arizona
homeowners save money and prepare for the summer heat.

Green Fuel’s “Complete Whole Home Energy Audit” provides homeowners with a
comprehensive home assessment that evaluates energy inefficiencies in the home
including water damage, mold damage and insufficient insulation. Each audit is
conducted by a on staff Building Performance Institute (BPI) certified home performance
analyst who will identify energy wastes and offer homeowners the most efficient
upgrades to prevent cool air from escaping the home. During the hot summer months,
an audit can identify ways to prevent air conditioning from leaving the home, and Green
Fuel can help make the needed changes which will result in lower electricity bills.

The Green Fuel “Complete Whole Home Energy Audit” is certified by Arizona Home
Performance with ENERGY STAR. Home check ups, with complete testing and
inspections, normally cost $299-$750 for an average size home, but APS customers
qualify for a $200 rebate, making their cost for a Green Fuel “Complete Whole Home
Energy Audit” ONLY $99! APS and SRP also offer rebates on most weatherization and
energy efficiency upgrades, resulting in up to 75% in home improvement incentives.

“Homes need tune-ups to run at their maximum efficiency,” said John Casey, CEO of
Green Fuel Technologies. “Easy affordable upgrades can improve the overall health and
performance of your home, keeping you cool during the summer months, and more
efficient year round.”

Some of the most common solutions include upgrading cooling system, sealing ducts,
sealing air leaks, upgrading lighting and appliances and repairing or adding insulation. A
home energy audit can identify ways to save money on energy bills, increase comfort in
every room, improve health and safety, increase the durability and value of the home and
improve environmental quality for the community.

Green Fuel Technologies Inks Deal with Coulomb Technologies for
                       Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure
Five Charging Stations Planned by January - 4,000 in 2010

Phoenix- Green Fuel Technologies, Inc., one of the Valley’s leading alternative energy
companies announces today its partnership with Coulomb Technologies, the leader in
networked electric vehicle charging stations, to create an electrical vehicle charging
station in the Southwest.

The initial five charging ports will be located at various businesses including retail venues,
restaurants, malls, parking structures and municipal buildings in the metro-Phoenix area.

“2010 will be the year to build the electrical vehicle infrastructure in the Southwest and
Green Fuel wants to be at the forefront of it,” said Green Fuel Technologies CEO, John
Casey.

Electric Vehicles currently on the market require charging after 30-40 miles. New
vehicles coming to the marketplace are expected to have a range of 100-200 miles. The
technology for the new charging stations, developed by Coulomb Technologies, will allow
consumers to charge their electric vehicles at home or at work.

Locations for the charging ports will be available to commercial or residential customers
and can be leased or purchased and include tax credits and utility rebates.

“As the electrical vehicle charging infrastructure expands, people can plan to their
errands around locations that offer a charging station component,” Hamby said. “This is
a great incentive for business owners interested in attracting green consumers whose
electrical vehicles require charging,” said Casey.

The company expects to create a network of 4,000 charging stations throughout the
Southwest by the end of 2010. For more information contact Green Fuel Technologies
at 602-269-9206.

Arizona’s Green Fuel Technologies Expands to California, Colorado, Texas
Valley alternative energy company offers consumers savings on long-term
energy costs

PHOENIX –Green Fuel Technologies, Inc., one of the Valley’s leading alternative
energy companies, is expanding its energy and money saving solar power services
to California, Colorado and Texas. The Phoenix-based company combines energy-
saving solar products with its patent pending installation equipment to provide the
highest quality renewable energies.

Green Fuel Technologies has made the new technology available and more
affordable to residential consumers outside of Arizona. The company’s first project
in San Francisco will service 1 megawatt or approximately 500 residences in the
Bay Area.

“We are very sophisticated in providing customers with every aspect of the solar
investment,” said John Casey, CEO of Green Fuel Technologies. “We provide
complete support from beginning to end including, submitting permits, utility
rebates, HOA approvals, scheduling city and utility inspections as well as the financial
mechanisms required for each project.”

The company offers in-house design and engineering as well as fully licensed
electrical, plumbing and general contracting. The company offers full-service in-
house sales, design, operations and installation teams to ensure every aspect of
each client’s job is impeccable.

Green Fuel Technologies, Inc. has been serving the alternative energy needs of
Arizonans since 1999 by bringing new energy technologies to market. In 2006, the
company began offering green building solutions including solar electric, solar water
heating and other energy efficient products for residential and commercial
customers. (Continued)

“Own your power—don’t lease it,” said Casey. “We help consumers take control of
their energy costs and consumption.”

Through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (2009), utility companies
across the country are offering cash rebates paying for up to 50 percent of
system installation costs. Solar electric and solar hot water systems also make a
customer eligible for federal and state tax credits that can total more than 30
percent of the installed system cost.

Casey advises residents and companies to invest now while incentives are high
and product costs are low.

“Since solar power is a clean, silent, reliable energy source and requires very little
maintenance, the time for consumers to invest is now,” said Casey. “Do it while
you can, not when you have to.”

Incentives for choosing solar technologies from power companies are shrinking
over time. By June 2010, Arizona’s SRP rebates are expected to be reduced.
While APS rebates are good through 2010, the amounts may decrease in the
future. Energy rates increase an average of ten percent per year, so installing
solar energy now will create savings in the long run.

About GreenFuel:
GREEN FUEL Technologies commercial and residential divisions have
installed more than 2 megawatt of solar electric systems in Arizona alone;
and have over 20 megawatts of Solar Photovoltaic under
development. GreenFuel’s team of industry leading financing, tax
equity, renewable energy credits, and construction experts can provide turn-
key project development for large scale renewable energy utility systems,
multiple tenant retail space, small commercial facilities, and much
more. GreenFuel’s goal is to develop unique and innovative energy solutions
utilizing environmentally sound methods.

Green Fuel’s “Complete Whole Home Energy Audit” provides homeowners with a comprehensive home assessment that evaluates energy inefficiencies in the home including water damage, mold damage and insufficient insulation. Each audit is conducted by a on staff Building Performance Institute (BPI) certified home performance analyst who will identify energy wastes and offer homeowners the most efficient upgrades to prevent cool air from escaping the home. During the hot summer months, an audit can identify ways to prevent air conditioning from leaving the home, and Green Fuel can help make the needed changes which will result in lower electricity bills. The Green Fuel “Complete Whole Home Energy Audit” is certified by Arizona Home Performance with ENERGY STAR. Home check ups, with complete testing and inspections, normally cost $299-$750 for an average size home, but APS customers qualify for a $200 rebate, making their cost for a Green Fuel “Complete Whole Home Energy Audit” ONLY $99! APS and SRP also offer rebates on most weatherization and energy efficiency upgrades, resulting in up to 75% in home improvement incentives. “Homes need tune-ups to run at their maximum efficiency,” said John Casey, CEO of Green Fuel Technologies. “Easy affordable upgrades can improve the overall health and performance of your home, keeping you cool during the summer months, and more efficient year round.” Some of the most common solutions include upgrading cooling system, sealing ducts, sealing air leaks, upgrading lighting and appliances and repairing or adding insulation. A home energy audit can identify ways to save money on energy bills, increase comfort in every room, improve health and safety, increase the durability and value of the home and improve environmental quality for the community.

The initial five charging ports will be located at various businesses including retail venues, restaurants, malls, parking structures and municipal buildings in the metro-Phoenix area. “2010 will be the year to build the electrical vehicle infrastructure in the Southwest and Green Fuel wants to be at the forefront of it,” said Green Fuel Technologies CEO, John Casey. Electric Vehicles currently on the market require charging after 30-40 miles. New vehicles coming to the marketplace are expected to have a range of 100-200 miles. The technology for the new charging stations, developed by Coulomb Technologies, will allow consumers to charge their electric vehicles at home or at work. Locations for the charging ports will be available to commercial or residential customers and can be leased or purchased and include tax credits and utility rebates. “As the electrical vehicle charging infrastructure expands, people can plan to their errands around locations that offer a charging station component,” Hamby said. “This is a great incentive for business owners interested in attracting green consumers whose electrical vehicles require charging,” said Casey. The company expects to create a network of 4,000 charging stations throughout the Southwest by the end of 2010. For more information contact Green Fuel Technologies at 602-269-9206.

The Phoenix-based company combines energy- saving solar products with its patent pending installation equipment to provide the highest quality renewable energies. Green Fuel Technologies has made the new technology available and more affordable to residential consumers outside of Arizona. The company’s first project in San Francisco will service 1 megawatt or approximately 500 residences in the Bay Area. “We are very sophisticated in providing customers with every aspect of the solar investment,” said John Casey, CEO of Green Fuel Technologies. “We provide complete support from beginning to end including, submitting permits, utility rebates, HOA approvals, scheduling city and utility inspections as well as the financial mechanisms required for each project.” The company offers in-house design and engineering as well as fully licensed electrical, plumbing and general contracting. Green Fuel Technologies, Inc. has been serving the alternative energy needs of Arizonans since 1999 by bringing new energy technologies to market. Solar electric and solar hot water systems also make a customer eligible for federal and state tax credits that can total more than 30 percent of the installed system cost. Casey advises residents and companies to invest now while incentives are high and product costs are low. “Since solar power is a clean, silent, reliable energy source and requires very little maintenance, the time for consumers to invest is now,” said Casey. “Do it while you can, not when you have to.” Incentives for choosing solar technologies from power companies are shrinking over time. By June 2010, Arizona’s SRP rebates are expected to be reduced. While APS rebates are good through 2010, the amounts may decrease in the future. Energy rates increase an average of ten percent per year, so installing solar energy now will create savings in the long run.
