How do I access Practitioner?
The Practitioner course is not available at the pilot stage of UpSkill, but will be added as a course option for the official rollout of the UpSkill platform. Once the Foundation course has been completed an option to upgrade will be available both on the dashboard and account section. Do note, that this option to upgrade will only be available if a version of Practitioner is available in the country you are located (entered during signing up).
What happens if I do not pass an exam?
A user is allowed two attempts to pass an Exam. If they fail twice, they will be prompted to purchase a “resit” should they wish to continue. After purchasing a resit this will then allow the user to (again) have two attempts to pass the exam. A resit can be purchased as many times as a user wishes so long as it is taken prior to the course’s expiry.

What is a retake and how do I pay for it?
Should a course expire, with the user not passing the exam, they will then be required to purchase a “retake” option if they wish to continue. This will effectively, restart the course and expiry time. The user will only be allowed to retake one time and will be “barred” should the course expire again (without the user passing). If they still wish to continue they will need to contact GreenGrade support for further access.

What is an upgrade and how do I pay for it?
If a user successfully passes a Foundation course they will be prompted with an option to purchase the Practitioner course. This option however will only available if the course (Practitioner) exists for the country of the user. Please note: The pilot will not have an upgrade option as Practitioner will not be on offer.

How do I renew my certificate?

What if my account is locked?
An account is locked due to multiple attempts to access UpSkill with the wrong password. Once an account is locked an email will be automatically generated with instructions of how to unlock your account.
Should you need for this email to be resent, then select: “Didn't receive unlock instructions?” from the Sign in page.

3. What should I do if UpSkill access is still being processed (during the pilot) or I require any further assistance?
For all software and hardware related issues, please call the UpSkill Service Centre Support on +88 02 893 11 77 during business hours only. You can also email your query anytime to: upskill.support@greengrade.co.uk noting your user name, contact details and membership details. We will endeavour to reply within 24 hours during work weeks.
How can I understand how the badge system works?
A map of how the badges are awarded can be viewed on the resource centre (click on “Resources”).
How do I know when my certificate has been received?
Once you have passed the exam, and your score has been validated and checked by the registrar, your name will appear on a public listed certificate page. This page can be accessed by visiting: http://upskill.greengrade.co.uk/certificate Can I get a print out of my certificate?
Please contact the UpSkill service centre should you wish to receive a print out of your certificate. Please note an additional charge for printing and postage will apply.
Can I pause my session?
Pausing sessions is only applicable to the Practice and Mock modes. Should you log out or experience interruptions such as hardware or net issues, then UpSkill will keep a record of where you were last during the attempt of both these sessions.
Do note that exiting an exam mode for any reasons will lead to testing only those questions answered up to that period out of the overall score and may result in a failure.
How long will my certificate be valid for?
The certificate gained will be valid for a period of time which is determined by the course that was attended. The expiry date of the certificate will be visible in the dashboard as well as the account section under the relevant header.
