                              Registering students with offer letters into UG and PG programs
                              Coordinating with HR Department on students legal status, visas, medical insurance and

                           Providing advice and counselling students enrolled in UG or PG programs on study plans
                               according to course selected by student
                           Maintaining Progress Reports for each student to ensure they are not having any issues in
                               the University i.e. academically or personal
                           Keeping track of students on scholarships to ensure they are still applicable for their
                               scholarship status
                           Schedule monthly events for students and administer the student services budget
