Duke Energy to contact them 24/7 in case issues should
arise when they are not on-site or in emergency
situations
Our Area and District Managers carry cell phones to
communicate with our supervisors and customers. Should
an emergency occur, they can be reached either by the
facility or our supervisor and be on-site in a short period
of time.
To better stay in close touch with our customers, each
Area and District Manager utilizes laptop computers to
