Project Management is THE buzz word in business and more and more in academia. But managing things in projects does not guarantee success. Success and failure depends on people and communication. For this one of the most important things is the start and the end of a project. Setting goals at the start of the project ensures that everyone is working for the same thing. Feedback during and at the end of the project will provide everyone with very important information. As user experience evolves, new practices and techniques come into vogue. At the forefront of UX today are "Lean" and Agile UX methods and approaches. "Lean UX" has become a buzz term that has grown out of the Lean Startup movement, which is based on the Lean philosophy of Steve Blank and Eric Ries (see Eric Ries' book, Lean Startup).
