At Libis Consulting we are the right mix of a group of engineers
highly qualified in telecommunications, renewable energies,
and consultancy. We combine the expertise of profesionals with
more than twenty years of experience with new engineers and
consultants with high skills in different disciplins.
Trough these years we have developed and participated in a
diversity of complexity and scope projects.
As a result of our policy of looking for sinergies to get the best
to our customers we have had iniatie collaboration some years
ago with great architech studios and some other professionals.
This last years we have participate at “Libis, Araiz, Duque &
Parners” - LAD&P- in designing Planning solutions for great
challenges at a city scale.
We try to deliver excellence to our cutomers, optymizing their resources and looking for the
maximum quality at projects we do.

6. Solar Photovoltaic plant and enviromental recovery
Our customer has bought an old 240.000 square meter farm with a
very diminish land, because of raw material extractions.
The scheme we have fixed for the
project is:
We have done an environmental
analisys of the zone with technical
experts to define the areas where
we can act causing the minimum
impact on land, fauna and flora.
With it this we have redraw the
land to recover the original land
slope.
After a deep analisys of the posibilities we consider to create a mix use for the
land. On one side the objective is to create a profitable vineyard farm and on
the other side a Solar PV Plant.
Folwer production is planned to add under the solar modules.
7. Solar Photovoltaic plant and enviromental recovery
Using only the 37% of the surface we’ve define a
8,7 Mwatt Solar Photovoltaic modules Plant
to produce around 12,6 Miil KWh.

8. Garbage Plant Monitoring & TV surveillance
The Plant it´s in a 2 m2
area with different
subprocessing garbage
plants (Compost, Edar,
Packs, ...).
Every single one has it´s
own control system but is
did not give info as whole.
We have design and
implement a global system
that captures info from any
single plant and present it
to the staff.
A Solar and Wind 1Kw
autonomous energy system
has been also implemented
to feed a remote water tank
equiment (chlorine, water
level, ...).
To comunicate with the
Control Rack, a Wide
Bandwith wifi system has
been added.
9. Garbage Plant Monitoring & TV surveillance
With a twenty one
cameras Close TV
Circuit is been
covered the key
points of the area.
The system is an
IP one controlled
via the network
using the optic
fiber as backbone.
The central unit
manage all the
cameras and the
images, with the
ability to control it
remotely via a
common ADSL
communication
line.
A 26 Km Optic Fiber ring act as a common
Network Infrastructure.
10. Eco-sustainable Hotel
The scope is a design
with high environmental
respect, sustainable and
profitable at short and
long term.
A 80 KW Photovoltaic
plant will be at the upper
floor, and South Glass
Wall.
Geothermic system
reduce at 40% the
energy consumption for
Clima and reduce CO2
emissions.
Grey water recycling
system for cleaning,
gardening and cistern
filling. This system will
reduce 5 Mill liter/year of
tap water consumption.

11. Telecommunications
The “Netwok Access Point West Africa Canary Islands” –NAPWACI- is
The most powerfull building for IP communications on this area of the
atlantic sea
The design of the NAP is a TIER4 level of service data center. The strict
specficications in terms of communications and security redunndacy
made this a unique buiding.
The conection of the NAP with the rest of the world it´s been designed
throgh a Fiber Optic ring surounding the city and connecting with
submarine cable landing and also via Satellite Antennas.
The project cover not only the Network but also Security Systems (TV,
Access Control and Perimeter Security), Audiovisuals and Building
Mangement System.
As part of the commitment of the Owner with the environment a 380KW
Solar Photovoltaic Plant has been designed at the flat roof..
12. Telecommunications
The conection of the NAP with the
rest of the world it´s been
designed throgh a Fiber Optic ring
around the city.
A twenty two km Fiber Optic Ring
surounds the metropolitan area,
getting contact with the main
Telecommunication Operators and
with the future submarine cable
landing site.
13. Audio and Consultancy
As part of a global renovation of the Main and Historical Park of the
city of Santa Cruz, we did the desing and implementation of the
Audio System for the Park.

14. Audio and Consultancy
We have done for our customer, a big company from Zaragoza, the
re-design of the Audio&messaging system of an important Car
Race Track near the city.
The scope includes not only the global audio system for general
purposes but also the press and conference rooms, intefaces to TV
racks, etc. Also the Marshall Communications System was
completely changed.

A six floor Public Offices Building plus three garage floors, where
we design and implement all the communications infrastructure, TV
surveillance, television and the audio system.

A three buildings art museum, TEA, where we design and

We have been involve in an Open International Ideas Competition concerning
Nordhavnen -northern harbour in Copenhague-.
The vision is to create the sustainable city of the future at Copenhague,
beeing intended to set the new standards for sustainable development in the
21st century.
A 120 MKwh of ecoenergy is produce by mean of Wind,
Geothermal, Wave energy Systems, and some Photovoltaic.
A whole water cycle is designed to get the best from it
