3. I researched tour posters of artists similar to the fictional indie singer/songwriter I had created, “Billy Tee” for inspiration and to find out the style that was commonly used: I really like the “doodle”, “handwritten” style of this poster and thought it created a great grungy effect. I also saw that the image is the most prominent feature of the poster as it represents the artist and attracts their fans.

4. I was inspired by the Jamie T poster to use a scribbled font but also wanted to use an image of my artist and show that he was on stage. I decided I would use a spotlight. Here is my plan:
