Titles The title of our film is displayed here. It is produced on a after effects programme. All of our title sequence is in bright red and black, the text is in bright red and the black is in the background. However some text is in different sizes and different effects however they are all very similar. This title colour establishes that the film is going to be quite bloody and gruesome, emphasising it is a horror thriller. This is fairly common text used in horror thrillers. For example the movie dawn of the dead they have similar title sequence to ours, as that film also has the whole red and bloody writing going on in their title sequence. Many other thrillers also has this type of technique this is because the red signifies fear and blood, which is what our film needed as it is a horror film. Also in all of our title shots the title moves about and shakes, this is to show to the audience that even the writing is to made to scare them as it is done in gory style this will establish to the audience even by looking at the title sequence it is a horror thriller. The title shaking in our thriller was inspired by the title sequence of the movie seven where they also had the titles moving about however theirs was in a different colour to ours and our titles are much larger.
