Using Social Networking Software to Design and Deliver Online Courses to Alleviate Problems in Post-Conflict Areas: Psychotrauma Counseling and Conflict Resolution in Croatia The purpose of this presentation is to present some useful online social networking resources to design online training programs based upon a model used in Vukovar, Croatia. In eastern Croatia and in many conflict and post-conflict areas throughout the world there is a lack of the basic skills required for recovery. Furthermore, key people who, under other circumstances could get a university education and be leaders in their communities are unable to do so because of financial considerations and because they must work and cannot attend university full-time.
