8. A Gentle Reminder
• All payments must be against the order
confirmed by you.
• ‘Cash on Delivery’ or ‘Credit orders’ in any
form will not qualify for any of the Earnwell
benefits.
• Payment for ‘Other Products’ orders will
have to be made directly to Spanco eTrade
Com Pvt Ltd by a bank transfer or a
cheque.
• All order confirmations have to be
forwarded to us at

• If order confirmation is not received, there

9. The Earnwell System
• It is a transaction based model.
• It is open to all, worldwide.
• Any number of purchase transactions can
be done by anyone.
• Every customer has to complete a 4 x 8
Matrix along with the company.
• Any customer joining will start at level 0.
• Subsequent purchases under him will
occupy 4 positions below him in level 1.
• This process will be repeated upto 8 levels
down. i.e. 4 positions under everyone.
• This will constitute one Matrix.
• After the first Matrix is completed, it will
recycle over and over again for a lifetime.

10. The Earnwell System
• Every customer has to do 10 PP just once.
• If no purchases are made after achieving
10 PP, the customer will still qualify for all
Earnwell benefits if GP is 500 or more.
• All eligible points generated from
purchases from level 1 to level 8 will be
passed up to level 0.
• Once a customer does his 10 PP and also
achieves 500 GP (which will include his PP
also), he will qualify for redemption and
cheque payments.
• Point scores can be seen by each
customer in his back office.

• When you sign first, your name appears in
the Earnwell Member List. But, buying
through the Earnwell system thereafter is
imperative to come into the Earnwell Matrix
at Level 0 to qualify for all EW benefits.

• Your PP is 10. Your GP is also 10
• The total transactions will be just 1

subsequent to yours will be below you in level
1. Assuming they have all done 10 points.
• You have done your 10 pts

• This gets replicated right down upto level 8.

transactions under him.
• Likewise, there will be four under B, C
and D also.
• So in all there will be 160 points
generated at level 2.
• All these will be passed up to you.
• Your PP will now be 10. But, you GP
will mount to 210.
• The total transactions will now be 21.

2 – viz 4 transactions under each
positions, the process will continue
right down under each customer and
thus there will be 64 transactions at
level 3.
• Assuming each has done their minimum
PP, Your PP will be 10 and your GP will
be 658. (including approx 75% of total
level 3 points)
• You can now redeem 658 points for
Rs.658 worth of free products.
• You will also get a cheque/bank cheque
for Rs.1316. TOTAL BENEFITS: Rs.1974.
• The total transactions will now be 85
