9. She’s proud that she’s committed to her own emotional healing, that she’s really
willing to be messy and beautiful and expand more and more even when that feels
really scary. She’s proud of the incredible relationships that she has with women in
her life that she calls sisters and she always had the most incredible women in her
life. She feels really proud of that and know that they’ve pretty much shaped who
she become. She’s proud of her deep connection to nature and that she can
communicate and can act with plant spirits and plant medicines. She feels really
proud of the work that she does in the world and she feels so honored and so
grateful that she get to support women, to celebrate their wisdom, their beauty, and
their radiance.

12. She thinks that we have tendencies when we look at
people we really admire and respect to think that
that just kind of happened. For the most part, there
are many ebbs and flows and pulsations that bring
us up and then bring us back down and bring us up.
For her, the second half of her twenties were really,
really rough.
13. She was, at that time, in a really
dysfunctional relationship and she
couldn’t quite get herself to leave. She
really, really loved this man, yet knew in
her heart that her needs were never
going to be met. Because of this intense
back and forth that she felt and the
intense emotional turmoil, she put so
much of her life on hold. She also didn’t
have a lot of energy to put into other
parts of her life, so she was really
struggling with money.

17. She had been living in
Hawaii, and she moved from
Hawaii to Los Angeles. She
started focusing on her
business because something
inside of her said that she had
to choose herself. When she
said, “yes” to choosing
herself, everything just
opened. All the energies that
felt stuck, stagnant, and
broken really, really opened.
18.
19. She ended her relationship with the guy and it
was terrible, heartbreaking, and heart
wrenching. She’s not sure if she ever gone
through that level of heartache in her life and
yet she knew that it was a must. Whatever she
was feeling and however uncomfortable the
pain in her heart was, she also knew that it
had to happen. It was a really long journey of
my healing. She had a lot of books that she
read and a lot of friends who helped her. They
owned tools that she used. It took her a long
while to end that relationship, find herself
again, and find her money, work, and health.
It was a beautiful, beautiful journey in the
pain and the opening.

21. The reason she moved to L.A. was because she had an
astrologer years before tell her that it was a good place to live
because in the moment in Hawaii, she just felt like where is
she going to go? What is about to happen? She had one friend
in Los Angeles who she went to college with and it was all just
very beautifully synchronistic. Her friend’s roommate was
actually leaving for three months, so she moved in with her.
22. One of the biggest pieces was she felt like
she really needed to create financial
abundance for herself. She had moved
somewhere new. She had to buy a car; She
had left her car in Hawaii because she kind of
just left. There was a lot of her that was just
visioning her life thinking what kind of
money does she need to make right now? She
spent a lot of time creating connections and
meeting people. Like she said, there was a lot
of ease for her getting doula jobs.
23. She still talk to people about this because
in comparison to the stuck and the sadness
that she had been feeling for so long in her
relationship and in Hawaii, there was so
much ease when she got to Los Angeles,
which just affirmed everything for her.
