This document discusses the pros and cons of three potential film ideas: "Tattoo", "Strange Wind", and "A Misunderstanding Dream". It analyzes the budget, casting, locations, and target audience for each idea. The document concludes that "A Misunderstanding Dream" is the best choice because it has a low budget, opportunities to film at a hospital with permission, and a story about teenagers that many people in the target 12-25 age range could find relatable and want to watch.
1. Pros and cons
Tattoo
Pros:
The budget would be good because I can sort the
costuming and props out.
Don’t know anyone old to make the ‘grandma Bella’ cast
Cons:
Too far away. Won’t be able to find a village
Need big bad looking people (won’t be able to find any)
Strange wind
Pros:
I can sort the editing out to make it look good.
I could have made scenes inside a house, but just make the
room look dark.
Cons:
Won’t be able to find a little girl or a boy.
I won’t be able to find a big forest with a big castle.
A misunderstanding dream
Pros:
The budget will be just about under £10.00 this is because not
much money will be spent.
2. I was thinking of doing a shoot in the hospital if I get
permission. Some parts of the scenes is going to be in the
‘actors/actresses’ house.
Cons:
Need older actors, not many people would want to get
involved.
Location: hospital may be tricky to get into. If they are able
to let us film.
My chosen idea is the movie name ‘a misunderstanding
dream’ because I think this is something that people would
want to watch as this is to do with teenagers and ages
between 12 to 25 year olds they may like that. This ‘movie’ is
something I think would be good to watch as I think it is
humble and something everyone would talk about.
