1. The user selects any of the following: Type of business, Specialty, Zip Code, name or part of name of business or doctor.
The use can also pick from a list of previously visited practices.
The map shows PIN of the practices that meet the selected criteria.

2. The app shows a list of doctors in that practice. The patient can select the time of the visit and schedule an appointment.

3. The patient can enter notes for the doctor concerning the visit and confirm the appointment.
The patient will be notified via text message or e-mail and the appointment will be put on their Outlook calendar, and/or Google calendar,
and/or Facebook calendar, and or iPhone calendar.

4. The user can then authenticate to Health Vault and the appointment information will be securely sent to the doctor.
