Cleaning – You should never use a chemical to clean any part of
hearing aid, nor should you use a saturated cloth. To clean your
hearing device, wipe it with a dry cloth or one that is only slightly
damp. If you use a damp cloth, take care not to allow any liquid
to seep into the aid and dry it immediately after cleaning.
Wax Removal – Wax can build up on your device and become
particularly stubborn as it accrues. To prevent this problem, use
the brush that came with your hearing device, a soft-bristled
brush similar to a petite bottle brush, and brush away the wax
once per week.
Servicing – If you notice that your hearing device isn’t working
