Your Health Triangle
The purpose of this lesson is to explore the 3 areas of the health
triangle and analyze your own personal health triangle.

What does it mean to be Mentally and
Emotionally Healthy?
Mental and Emotional Health is about your
feelings and thoughts. It is a reflection
of how you feel about yourself and others, how
you meet demands of daily life, and how you

work? How can you make it more balanced.
6. Color and make it neat. DUE AT THE END OF CLASS
