2. • Developed, piloted and recently implemented a new change management process for Windows Vista/X
changes to production systems, including servers, applications, network routers and Windows NT, 2000,
databases. This process was piloted for over 6 months with only 1 issue. Process requires 2003 Server
that all changes are reviewed and approved by Change Review Board prior to implementing.

networks, T1 circuits, VPN circuits, load balancing) to new Snap-on building data center.
• Managed a data center migration (servers, network connections, customer facing VPNs,
applications, Oracle databases) from Stuart, FL to Snap-on data center in Richfield.
• Managed data and application migration from Bugzilla running on MySQL to Jira running on
SQL Server 2005.
• Managed implementation and roll-out of corporate CMS system (Content Management

• Worked with JCB to architect and implement a custom hosting solution that fit their
business needs and provided their business with the SLA’s that they required. This involved
hosting in multiple data centers (England, Richfield, OH) and setting up additional VPN for
database replication as well as performing Global DNS Load Balancing (regional based).
• Managed relationships with vendors, including Savvis (Tier 1 hosting provider), Oracle, IBM
and Microsoft.

Sr. Project Manager / Development Manager 2005 to 2007

Starting as the Product-Project Manager for Chrysler and Isuzu, I was responsible for developing
high level requirements documents, reviewing requirements with development teams, and
managing projects from start to finish. Led multiple concurrent projects for both development and
IS, managing projects with up to 13 resources at a given time and valued at $2.5+ million. Role
required extensive planning as well as cross department communications which involved developing
project plans, schedules, performing risk mitigation, handling change management, resolving issues
and directly managing 5 technical resources. Managed global projects and resources across the
enterprise, including offices in Long Beach, Stuart, Noida, Russia and Reading (UK).
Accomplishments include, but are not limited to:
• Served as Project Manager for the development of the Global Commercial Infrastructure
Project for GM, Ford and Chrysler including R&D with the SUN N1 Grid technology, which
was not utilized for the project. Both the online and publishing environments were grown to
3. handle capacity. Project allowed for greater flexibility and the maximization of servers. This
was a three phase project worth approx. $6 million dollars utilizing 10 internal resources,
augmented by Sun consultants.
• Managed several infrastructure upgrade projects.
• Project manager for the e-Commerce and DVD versions of the new Chrysler Global
Electronic Parts Catalog (both publishing and dealer facing applications) design and
development effort. Project utilized 10+ resources with a value of ove $1 million and
utilized .NET technology which was later changed to utilize the GM EPC 4 Framework in
Java/J2EE. Delivered a prototype demo of the EPC 4 Java framework utilizing Chrysler data
in 3 months to show the change in direction was feasible.
