– Anxiety
– Pain
– Depression
– Stress
– Insomnia
– Symptoms
associated with chronic illness

• Recommended to find a quiet place where
there are no interruptions
• Practice, practice, practice
– When first starting to practice meditation, you
may find it difficult to concentrate, but the more
you devote time to practicing, you will begin to
improve your meditation skills

• These herbs are great to use along with
meditation to enhance experience
– Chamomile: Used for relaxation
– Tulsi “Holy Basil”: Creates balance of body & mind
– Tumeric: Eases physical discomfort
