Ronald Cathcart – Chief Executive Officer
Ron’s has a wealth of experience in the financial services industry. He began his banking career at RBC where he held numerous positions
in consumer, commercial and investment banking lending and where he ultimately assumed the position of Chief Risk Officer, Personal and
Commercial Banking. Subsequently, he moved to JP Morgan Chase where he assumed the role of Chief Risk Officer, Retail and then to CIBC
where he held a similar role. In 2006 he was appointed by the Board to the role of Chief Enterprise Risk Officer for Washington
Mutual.
Mutual Here he had oversight responsibility for credit, market operational risk compliance regulatory relations, internal audit and
credit market, risk, compliance, relations
insurance. He left WaMu in early 2008 to form Columbia Capital, six months before its sale to JP Morgan. Ron’s invaluable risk management
experience and his thorough understanding of the regulatory framework, uniquely position him to provide Risk Advisory services to
Columbia’s clients. Under his leadership, the experienced and professional team which he has assembled are able to offer practical,
working solutions to the challenges currently facing both bank executive officers and board members. Ron holds an A.B. in English from
Dartmouth College and an M.B.A in Finance from The University of Western Ontario - Richard Ivey School of Business. He currently resides in

Harry Mizrahi – Chief Operating Officer
With a 25-year career in investment banking and corporate and structured finance, Harry is integral in the development and management
of Columbia Capital’s operations and national expansion. He has advised financial institutions, corporate clients and federal and state
government agencies on real estate loans, assets and portfolios through positions as Managing Director, Structured Real Estate, at Ambac
Assurance Corp., Principal at Eastbridge Ventures, Chief Operating Officer at American Spectrum Realty, Director at Salomon Brothers’ and
Salomon Smith Barney’s Real Estate Investment Banking Groups, and Partner at Eastdil Realty. His experience also encompasses

international finance, including the acquisition bid for Canary Wharf Group plc, a £6 billion property company. Harry has a B.A in History

Melanie Clark – Director of Production
Melanie leads Columbia Capital’s Asset Assessment, Contract Administration and Transaction Coordination team. Her experience managing
real estate development projects through the design, entitlement construction and completion processes allows her to provide the insight
design entitlement, construction,
necessary to solve even the most complicated real estate issues. With years of progressive experience in land development entitlement,
permitting and construction project management prior to joining Columbia Capital, Melanie has effectively managed land use development
projects from feasibility analysis through construction, worked with professional engineers on specifying design parameters for projects,
including site grading and infrastructure systems, and was responsible for the timely delivery of millions of dollars of residential
development in the Northwestern region. Working with other members of Columbia Capital’s senior management, Melanie developed and
implemented the company’s Asset Assessment and Strategy & Recommendation reports, processes, and procedures. She has comprehensive
expertise in research, document review, preparation, editing and production. Melanie manages key staff involved in research, report
production, and project completion.

William Rich – Executive Vice President
William (Bill) brings a strong financial management and strategic planning background to Columbia Capital. Bill is a CPA by profession with
additional credentials in business valuation (ABV - Accredited in Business Valuation; and CVA - Certified Valuation Analyst) and management
accounting (CMA – Certified Managerial Accountant). Bill has an MBA with a concentration in Management and Finance. He has several
years of experience much of it involved in the turnaround and disposition of struggling divisions and subsidiaries of large publicly held
companies such as Allegheny International, Henry Schein, Inc., and as the CFO of SMC Corporation. During the past nine years, Bill has b l

Ken brings over 25 years of experience in real estate investment banking, performing/distressed debt acquisitions and sales, workouts and
capital market activities to Columbia Capital. Ken has executed in excess of $7 billion in real estate transactions. Most recently, he held
the position of Senior Vice President at Savills LLC, the New York division of Savills plc, a full service real estate investment bank
headquartered in London. Ken was co-head of its Strategic Advisory Group where he was responsible for debt financing, equity raising,
recapitalizations, note sales, restructuring/workout/ bankruptcy advisory and valuations, advisory, sales and creditor’s committee advisory
services for borrowers and debtors. Prior to Savills, Ken spent 22 years in the commercial real estate finance group at Salomon Brothers,
Inc., which became Citi Markets & Banking via merger. Ken has a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. in Finance

Roberta has been a real estate banking professional for 27 years holding positions in appraisal, construction lending, permanent and bridge

older malls and providing consulting services to investment groups. His expertise ranges from strategic planning, market research

Frank has over 25 years of experience in real estate and business. He is a multifaceted business executive with an extensive
background in consulting finance, real estate, business operations, acquisition and dispositions. Frank has worked with Lenders and
Owners on work-outs, restructurings, foreclosures, receiverships and litigation. He has served as a Court appointed Receiver for
over 30 receiverships. Frank received a M.B.A from Loyola University and a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University. He is a
Certified Public Accountant with a CCIM Designation and an Illinois Real Estate Broker.
Scott Mayer, Client Services – Director

Scott is an accomplished real estate executive and attorney with experience throughout the United States. Scott has been involved
in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate as a partner in a San Francisco law firm, and as a principal and the general
counsel of a national real estate firm. He has managed the acquisition, sale and development of multi-tenant and single tenant
projects totaling approximately 1.9 million square feet, been involved in contract negotiations, underwriting, due diligence,
entitlements and closings for over $250 million in acquisition and construction financing, and has managed the leasing of over 1.5
million square feet for retail, government and office projects. Scott received a Master of Law degree with honors in Tax from
Golden Gate University, his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School and his B A from the University of California Berkeley

Bud brings over 30 years of real estate expertise to Columbia Capital, including 15 years with Fortune 300 and Fortune 1000
companies. Bud has served in various leadership roles in sales, operations, and legal compliance, including President - Title Division
for Eagle National Bank; Vice President and Corporate Counsel for First American Title Insurance Company; and Vice President and
Corporate Counsel at Toll Brothers, Inc. Bud is a current board member of the Real Estate Services Providers Organization
(RESPRO), based in Washington DC., which represents affiliated businesses before federal and state policymakers. He is also an
active member of the Florida, New Jersey and Pennsylvania attorney bars.
Luke Thornton – Project Manager
Luke Thornton has over 25 years experience in construction and land development. Luke effectively utilizes his construction
knowledge and field experience to assess, stabilize and complete projects. Luke has thorough knowledge of construction project
scheduling, estimating, budgeting and project management and has successfully managed completion of over $548 million in land
development projects. He is an experienced Construction Manager capable of providing contractor and consultant oversight
throughout the life of a development project.
