2. Goal: To implement 10-15 one day seminars in different places around the world, in which participants would gain the necessary skills needed for facilitating Change Journeys receive a license for working with the Change Journey Map receive soft and/or hard copies of the Change Journey Map, the question cards and other background materials (slides, handouts, etc.)
3. License Agreement: Licensees will be granted the right to use the Change Journey Map with their clients sell workshops to clients for working with the Map get preferential conditions to sell the virtual version of the Map (see below) get an annual update of new materials (annual renewal fee)
4. Virtual Version: After summer, we will launch a virtual version of the Change Journey Map which will be a product to run on the client’s server for creating internal communities of practiceand for a dialogue on their change journey.
5. Partners: Partners are those who help us to implement the workshops. Their task will be to organize the venue for the workshops, and help in the viral and local marketing. Participant registration and billing would be handled by us. We might accept more than one partner per location to share the burden.
6. Partner benefits Partners will get a livelong free license for the Change Journey Map if the workshop takes place. They will get preferential conditions to use the virtual version. They will remain the preferential partners for potential future assignments that are related to the Map.
9. Fees and costs Participation fees should be around Euro 600 / USD 500, with an early bird and group discount of 20% Potential reduction for soft currency countries Yearly renewal fee around Euro 140 / USD 100 Venue costs should not exceed Euro 1000 /USD 1200
10. Marketing Marketing should be mainly viral (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Blogs, video, slide show). Additionally, we count on partners’ local networks. Partners will be coached in viral marketing (if required). Partners will get soft copies of Marketing materials (PPTs). There will be a couple of free public webinars in April and May.
