3. Vic Feazell received his BA from the University of
Mary Hardin-Baylor in 1972, and his law degree
from Baylor School of Law in 1979.
He was elected to two four-year terms as District
Attorney of Waco, McLennan County, Texas, where
he was active in the courtroom trying the most
difficult and lengthy cases himself.
Feazell and his accomplishments have been featured
on 60 Minutes, A&E Biography, 20-20 Storyline,
Hard Copy, Geraldo Rivera, Vanity Fair, D
Magazine, The Dallas Observer, and in the Edgar
Award winning book Careless Whispers.
4. Austin Tighe’s practice is focused on class actions,
business litigation, labor law, and a variety of
personal injury matters. He is currently co-lead
counsel in twenty-three putative consumer class
actions, a number of which are nationwide claims
on behalf of tens of thousands of potential class
members.
He was also lead counsel for more than one
hundred federal employees in a lawsuit against
the U.S. Government seeking environmental
differential pay for exposure to asbestos.
5. Eleeza’s enthusiasm for helping others and the
practice of law was cultivated during high school
when she began working at Baldwin & Baldwin,
LLP, a firm focused on personal injury litigation.
Throughout college and law school Eleeza worked
herself up from file clerk to contract attorney. Her
other experience includes work in the Harris County
Attorney’s Office, as a McLennan County Court
Appointed Ad Litem, and at the family law practice
of Lorraine Irby, PC.
6. Truman L. Simons joined the Law Offices of Vic
Feazell, P.C. in December of 2000 as the firm’s
private investigator after retiring as the Captain
over Criminal Investigations, field operations and
civil sections, of the McLennan County Sheriff’s
Department. Before joining the Sheriff’s
department, Truman was a Sergeant at the Waco
Police Department. He served in the law
enforcement profession in Central Texas for over
thirty-five years.
He is a licensed Private Investigator and has a
Master Peace Officer certification. He has testified
as both a crime scene reconstruction expert and
an accident reconstruction expert.
