Technology can bridge gaps in language barriers Arising from the informed understanding of a variety of language instructional programs technology can be beneficial and successfully used, regardless of whether the classroom setting is mainly bilingual or contains an ESL (English as a second language) component. 4. Technology can make lesson plans easier . Given the amount of software that is available to teachers, even lesson planning becomes a much easier task.
